RM8	Cooking class (5 hours)	This tour begins with shopping for the menu of the day: visit of a characteristic open outdoor market to learn season's finest and freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses. Explore the local bakery for freshly made bread, stop at the local butcher's shop. Hand-on cooking to prepare a typical Roman/Southern Italian meal, then lunch.

RM10	Ostia Antica (5 hours)	This tour visit Ostia Antica, which was for centuries the Roman city's port on the Mediterranean: baths, mosaics, a fantastic amphitheater, and several Mithraic temples, a forum with temples. Ostia Antica is today one of the best examples of an ancient Roman town in all of Italy , not second to Pompeii.
