Tuscan & Umbrian Cuisine (12 participants max.)

Day 1 Sun: 

 Transfer from Rome airport to your castle near Perugia in the Umbrian countryside at 10:30 AM. Free time to relax. Welcome dinner.

Day 2 Mon:

Half day escorted tour with your local guide to visit ceramic factories in Deruta and the medieval town of Cortona. In the afternoon, back to the castle and first cooking class of Umbrian cuisine. Dinner
Day 3 Tue: Full day to visit Assisi and Gubbio with your local guide. Back to your castle for dinner.
Day 4 Wed: Transfer to your Villa near Florence in the Tuscan countryside. Afternoon first cooking class of Tuscan cuisine at the Villa. Dinner.
Day 5 Thu: Today a sightseeing half day tour with your local guide through the Chianti countryside. Afternoon second cooking class of Tuscan cuisine at the Villa. Dinner.
Day 6 Fri: Morning half day tour with your local guide to visit Siena. Afternoon third cooking class of Tuscan cuisine at the Villa. Dinner. 
Day 7 Sat: This morning a unique tour to  Fendi and Prada outlets to shop at unbeatable prices the best Italian fashion. Afternoon back at your Villa and time at leisure to relax around the swimming pool. Optional a back horse riding in the countryside is available. Dinner.
Day 8 Sun: Transfer to Florence. Day at leisure. Overnight in Florence.
Day 9 Mon: End of the tour Do you wish to extend your stay in Italy?
