Located a few steps away from the Arena and surrounded by the historical buildings of ancient Verona, this hotel lives in the refined atmosphere created by its precious furniture combined with the most modern and functional facilities, in accordance with taste and accuracy of detail.

The building dates back to the medieval period: originally it was the convent of a religious order of friars, it was changed into a hotel at the beginning of the nineteenth century.

The entrance hall is completely decorated with tromp d’oeil frescoes according to the fifteenth-century fashion.
The 2 suites, the 8 junior-suites and the remaining 39 bedrooms, which have given hospitality to several famous artists, literates and statesmen, are very elegant and provided with all comforts: direct telephone, air conditioning, minibar and satellite television. On the second floor our clients may rest on original painted beds from the nineteenth century. The bathrooms, completely covered with marble, are provided with towel-warmer, toilet set and hair-dryer.

Still today, in the breakfast room, it is possible to admire the ancient walls with tuff stones at sight, an arch from the sixteenth century and wooden beams.
